Columbia Cleaning Service Guide is an independent directory of cleaning service businesses in the Columbia area. Listings draw from publicly available business information, and scores are calculated from public Google reviews using a single published rubric that applies equally to every business. Your listing is free, and payment has no effect on your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual details, challenge a score, or request removal. Correcting factual details

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services are wrong, send us the correct information along with proof we can check against, such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once we verify the correction, it stays in place through future updates to the directory.

Disputing a score

Your score comes from public Google reviews run through our published rubric. A score dispute is a claim that the underlying data is faulty: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary of what reviewers wrote is inaccurate. We recheck the sources and regenerate your listing based on what we find. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for businesses that have permanently closed, duplicate entries, or businesses outside our scope. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your business is active and fits our directory, we will decline a removal request and tell you why.

Response times

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are processed within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
